Teen Mom stars Jenelle Evans and David Eason have often hogged the spotlight for one reason or the other. They have recently been the talk of the town after her eldest kid, Jace, escaped their home. This runout happened for the third time in a month. This is not it, as the fourteen-year-old accused his mother’s husband, David, of assaulting him.
However, the couple was earlier a part of a criminal investigation. Jenelle now seems to be out of danger as her six-year-old, Kaiser, and nine-year-old, Ensley, have recently admitted witnessing the attack. Here is more about it!
Teen Mom: Kaiser & Ensley Have Witnessed Jace’s Assault!
CPS and the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department have been investigating Jace’s case. They wanted to question Teen Mom alum Jenelle’s younger kids, Kaiser and Ensley, alone about the case. The investigation seems to have happened during the last week.
As per TheSun, Kaiser and Ensley have witnessed David’s alleged attack on Jace. Several sources revealed that the younger siblings were in the car when Jenelle’s husband assaulted his teen son on the night of September 28.
They even disclosed that the incident took place in front of their neighbor’s home. One of the sources claimed that David’s daughter, Maryssa, was not present at the time of the assault. They supported it by sharing that she recently got her new car and drove to her friend’s house.
Another source shared that Jenelle’s younger children saw everything that happened on the night of the assault. They went on to add that this was why CPS wanted to question Kaiser and Ensley alone. The source disclosed that they wanted to know the details of Jace’s assault that took place at the end of last month, besides knowing if a similar incident happened with someone else in the family.
The third source agreed that the younger kids witnessed the alleged assault. They went on to express their concern to CPS and the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department, as they have not yet removed Kaiser and Ensley from their home.
Teen Mom: Jace’s Assault Allegations Have Been Investigated!
The law enforcement source has not spilled anything about this case until earlier this week. When they revealed to TheSun, that both Janelle and David are a part of a criminal investigation. Various other sources have already claimed that CPS and the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department were investigating after the allegations that David assaulted Jenelle’s son.
The fourteen-year-old is under the custody of CPS for now. However, his grandmother, Barbara Evans, has been taking care of him like old times. He has been under her care ever since she left the hospital on Tuesday, October 10, after almost a week. Though the exact charges David and Jenelle respectively are expected to be charged is unknown.
