Teen Mom star Kiaya Elliott was arrested for assault and firearm charges. And the star herself broke out the news to the fans through a humorous TikTok video. She explained how the arrest happened and laughed her heart out at her situation. Back then, MTV was all aware of the arrest. Teen Mom: Kiaya Elliott Makes Fun Of Her Arrest
Teen Mom star Kiaya mocked her own arrest by making a TikTok video on it. In this video, she laughed and captioned, “Thinking about that time I took my wig off to wash my hair and got arrested before I could finish taking my cornrows out.” MTV never filmed the arrest. That is the reason because of which many of them don’t know about it until now.
Although, Kiaya tried to make the video humorous and wrote in the caption, “Please don’t roast me. I went through it last month” However, the star did not share any descriptive details of what actually happened with her. She was booked on March 25. Many fans thought the mugshot to be a minor one. Teen Mom: What Led To The Arrest Of Kiaya Elliott
Kiaya got caught up in a fight at a party in Virginia. The Sun reports the party to have happened on March 21. She was there at the party with her girlfriend Teazha. Kiaya claims a guy to jump out into a fight with them. He then pulled out the gun and pointed it at her. Even though she was not injured, she did stand up for such a wrongful act. Kiaya filed a charge against the guy for assault and battery and for pointing out the gun at her. The man was then arrested and was due to appear in court on April 26.
However, the case is further pushed to June 16. Soon after the arrest, the guy turned the table and put the assault and battery charges on Kiaya as well. And this was not it. Another woman came up to claim that Kiaya also pulled a gun at him. Kiaya Elliott was therefore arrested on March 25. Later, she got herself bail worth $3,500.
Kiaya also had previous experience of something similar. Her ex-boyfriend, X’Zayveon Gambrell, was arrested in 2018 for possession of a firearm. He is still in jail and will be there by 2023. Kiaya Elliott got a lot of fame through the MTV show. She also claims that her fans want her to replace Chelsea Houska and be back in Teen Mom 2.
