Maci Bookout recently opened up about her future plans in the Dad Up podcast. The reality star was asked about her future plans regarding the show. Although Maci Bookout is filming the show right now. However, they are not sure of their future plans. Maci explained, “it’s a season-to-season decision.” The star and her husband are certainly thinking about when to leave the show as the pivotal point has almost reached. Their kids are growing up, and the couple needs to focus more on their children more than that on the show.
Maci clarified that they are leaning more towards deciding when to leave the show. Indeed, the parents are thinking about it, keeping in view their kids. Leaving or being in the show will depend on how it affects their children. The reality star also cleared that if she continues the show, she will make sure not to let her kids get involved in the storyline. Maci stated, “If we were able to film and kind of leave the kids more for the B-roll and the funny stuff. I think we’re Ok with continuing with the show.”

Bentley is Maci’s eldest son. And he and Maci seem to be growing and building their bond stronger than ever. Maci always tries to hear out her son. Maci does not think her son to be a shy or closed-off kid. Although, he is definitely not the most vocal one. Bentley stays in his zone and enjoys by himself. Maci usually has to try hard to get into his zone and have a talk with him. She also claims that she always treats his son, Bentley, a bit older than he actually is and not like a baby.
Unlike Bentley, Maci is hardest on her daughter, Jayde. Maci explains the reason be her daughter’s intelligence. The reality star even believes that her daughter will become the Prime Minister or be in Nasa one day. It’s more like a serious girl time with Jayde. The mother and daughter mostly have business-to-business talks rather than goofing around.
