Teen Mom star Mackenzie and her partner, Khesanio Hall, are over the moon as they welcome their twin daughters, Ja’Kharie Angie and Ja’Meikah Angella Hall. McKenzie had an emergency C-section due to her declining health toward the end of her pregnancy. At the time, she was 31 weeks along and experienced extreme water retention. Paramedics rushed her to the hospital, where doctors performed an emergency C-section. Since her kids were born prematurely, the medical team admitted them to the NICU. Her daughters were fine and weighed 5 lb each. They were healthy and happy, and after spending almost a month in the NICU, they were ready to go back home. However, there’s a twist. While one of McKenzie’s daughters is ready to go back home, the other is still recovering.
The Teen Mom star is having a hard time coming to terms with the changes. McKenzie admitted that it’s a sweet feeling to know that one of her little girls is going home, but it’s hard to take one back without the other.
