Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans’ famous ex, Nathan Griffith, is now on his way to prison. A few days back, he was arrested for allegedly strangling his girlfriend, Anastasia Biddle. He already had two more strangulation and domestic battery charges against him. So, the third time around, he got severe punishment. The judge was taken aback by his history of domestic violence. They announced that Nathan would be going to prison for a minimum of 14 months to a maximum of 48 months.
Nathan’s attorney tried his best to save him. According to reports from The Sun, Griffith has reportedly already spent 11 days in prison. Jenelle and Nathan share their son, Kaiser. The former tried her best to prove her ex-soulmate’s innocence, but legal authorities had strong proof against him. At the time of arrest, Nathan was already on probation for strangling his sister in 2023. He failed out of multiple rehab and veteran programs over the last two years.

Jenelle and Nathan have been together for a few years, but their story ended on a bitter note. However, during the serious times, Jenelle shared that Nathan is innocent. She said he called her and cried over the phone, saying he had made a big mistake.
She further claimed that he and Anastasia had argued, and Nathan had just held her to scare her a bit. However, Anastasia lied to the cops that he strangled her. No matter what Janelle says, the law has proof that Nathan has indeed strangled Anastasia, and there were marks on her body.

Nathan Griffith is not new to legal cases. He has faced arrest for strangulation and domestic battery charges three times now. The first time, he got it easy, as the opposite person dropped the charges. In 2023, his sister accused him of strangling her. This time around, his girlfriend, Anastasia, accused him of trying to strangle her.
Seeing his track record, the judge decided that Nathan is unsafe for society. So, he was given a minimum of 14 months to a maximum of 48 months of imprisonment. During the trial, Nathan cried and pleaded for leniency. However, the judge stated he had received enough chances in the courtroom. The judge further added that Nathan is a danger to others, and if this continues, then someday he’s going to kill people.
Nathan’s attorney tried to defend him as best he could, but the judge was not at all impressed by his track record. He had enough cases against him. Moreover, this wasn’t even his first case. He even violated the probation laws. His sister Heather was also present in the courtroom at the time of his sentence, as were his girlfriend Anastasia and ex-wife May. Janelle, however, was not present during the hearing.
His attorney tried to use his military service credits, asking for a lighter sentence, but the judge announced that they had given him enough chances. For those who don’t know, Nathan served in the US Marine Corps. The judge further added that they have tried rehab, half houses, probation, and whatnot, but nothing has helped.
