Nathan Griffith is one of the chaotic Teen Mom cast members. When we say chaotic, we mean his life is one big legal trouble after the other. First, he had tried to strangle his sister. Luckily, the cops reached the scene on time and stopped Nathan.

But the court did move the star to Nevada’s Veteran Treatment Court. Nathan had to be under surveillance and follow some rules while ‘recovering.’ But it turns out Nathan committed another crime, and now he is under arrest “without bail.” Read the article to learn about the star’s crime.

Teen Mom: Nathan Under Arrest “Without Bail”

Nathan can never be away from violence for long. Fans might remember that the star had tried to strangle his sister to death. Fortunately, the cops were on time on the scene and stopped him. But the Teen Mom star wasn’t so lucky as the case moved to the court. He had pleaded guilty, so his case moved to Clark County.

The court had put the star in Nevada’s Veteran Treatment Court. This center provides veteran defendants with addiction treatment and helps them gain life skills and education. Nathan had to stay in the center with many other veterans. Reports also stated that the star had to follow some of the center’s rules. The rules included a specific schedule for things and bi-monthly status checks at the court.

However, there seems to be another legal trouble for Nathan. The star had to appear for one of the bi-monthly check-ins on April 2. However, Ashleyrealityroundup confirmed that Nathan did not attend the check-in as he was “in the hospital.” Since he was not in the check-in, the court charged him with “specialty court sanction.”

It turns out the Teen Mom star broke a rule or two of the Veteran Treatment Court. So he is under arrest, but there won’t be any bail for him. The arrest is to ensure Nathan attends his next hearing on the 16th. We are still not sure what rules he broke, but his case will remain in the Veteran’s Court for now.

Teen Mom: Nathan Is In The House For Homeless Veterans

After Nathan and May’s chaotic domestic battery case, they both went to court. May’s hearing was in Clark County, and the court ordered May to be placed in a “Level III” monitoring system.

On the other hand, Nathan might not have faired so well. He had pleaded guilty to strangling his sister. The Teen Mom star’s case is also going on in Clark County. There is also a Veteran’s Treatment Centre, which might be Nathan’s new home.

Sources revealed that the center had accepted the star, and he would be boarding with other veterans. While there, Nathan has to follow a set of rules as well. These include refraining from drugs and alcohol, along with random urine analysis. He will also have to undergo a recovery program and counseling.

House guests are also only allowed with permission from parole officers. Nathan is also required to get a job or attend training classes or school. Tune in to TV Season & Spoilers for the newest Teen Mom stories.
