Nathan Griffith from Teen Mom has no lack of drama. He was first a part of a court case for trying to strangle his sister. At the same time, Nathan and his wife, May, were also having issues. May had tried to assault him and thus had a case of domestic battery.

The star had pleaded guilty to strangling his sister. So, the court had put him in a veterans treatment center. The center’s rules were pretty simple and straightforward, but it seemed like Nathan had broken some of them. So the star was in prison for it. And now, he is out of jail again!

Teen Mom: The Cops Released Nathan Griffith

Nathan had pleaded guilty to trying to strangle his sister. The court had moved his case to Clark County, where they put him in a Veteran Treatment Centre. While living in the home, Nathan had to follow certain rules. It seemed like he broke one or more of the rules as he was under arrest without bail. We are still not sure which rules Nathan broke.

The Teen Mom star missed his April 2 status check-in as he was “not present and in the hospital.” He was under the “specialty court sanction.” But it seems like there is some new progress in Nathan’s case. He was in custody without the possibility of bail. But the latest reports state that Nathan is finally free.

It revealed the release category as “general release” in the “custody detail.” The court had put Nathan under arrest after he had missed one of his bi-monthly status check-ins. He was “not present and in the hospital.”

The Teen Mom star had a new status check-in on Tuesday. But there are no minutes from the hearing yet. His next check-in is on May 7. The court’s website says they reviewed Nathan’s “participation in the program.” Let’s see how long the star lasts this time. Hopefully, he’ll make some changes in his behavior soon.
