The Teen Mom star just unveiled her brand new birthday look ahead of the holidays. Previously, she was very vocal about wanting to get cosmetic surgery. Hence, the reality TV star has treated herself to the ultimate gift for her birthday. Jenelle Evans has undergone several cosmetic surgery procedures. She even took it a step further, hiring a professional photographer to document the entire surgery for her YouTube channel. 

The photos showed Jenelle all hacked up, undergoing breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. Later, the MTV star posted before-and-after photos on Instagram. “I decided to do a mommy makeover with the one and only Dr. Rachel Mason at @lafemmeplasticsurgery in Las Vegas earlier this month,” she also mentioned her medical services.

“We replaced my old implants with 400cc silicone implants by @breastimplantsbymentor and repaired my abs with a tummy tuck,” Jenelle added. Moreover, she got candid, sharing that she needed to invest more in her body after having her children. “I can honestly say, I’m proud to welcome a new year, loving the skin I’m in,” she added.
