Cheyenne Floyd is under tremendous stress. The Teen Mom star shared that her daughter Ryder, who is just seven years old, has cardio issues. Cheyenne and Zach also plan to have another baby, but they feel very perplexed about their daughter’s health. Cheyenne discussed her daughter’s condition in Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

She gets routine EKGs and heart echos, as VLCAD can trigger heart issues.

Cheyenne and her husband, Zach, want another baby. They already have a son, Ace. Cheyenne shared that they have been trying to have a baby for a while. She added, “thought would’ve gotten pregnant by now.” She said that she is not yet pregnant but wants to be.
Cheyenne further added that she does not want to pressure herself as getting pregnant is not in her control, but she was disappointed. Teen Mom: Cheyenne Floyd Stresses And Panics Over Her Daughter Ryder’s Heart Condition
For a parent, it is very difficult to see their child suffer from physical ailments. Especially if it is as severe as VLCAD. As Ryder got older, she complained about her chest. On Facetime with Corey Wharton, Cheyenne explained that Ryder’s current EKGS reports have shown irregular activity. They have to go to a cardiologist for follow-up testing. Whatron added that he had open heart surgery with Maya, and it’s never fun but terrifying.
Ryder later comes and talks to her dad. She informs him that she came in because her heart was going fast. Floyd adds that she will be in a funk until she gets the final report about Ryder’s heart. Cheyenne said that VLCAD can never cure for Ryder. She has it in her genetics. As she is getting taller and active, it’s escalating.
The Teen Mom star also added that Ryder’s body was hurting, and she complained about sore joints. Ryder was also experiencing heart pain. Later in the episode, Floyd got the appointment reports and said that Ryder’s heart shape was fine. There was no cardiac issue. However, she would have to wear the heart monitor for two weeks. If there were any cardiac problems, then they will understand that. Also, they could see how her heart reacted when she does high-energy things versus anxiety.
Ryder told Cheyenne she felt a burn during the test, but it was only for a second. She called the experience “Scary, but not too scary.” Cheyenne was also confused about how she would explain to the child that they’re trying to ensure her heart is okay. Cheyenne also added that she does not want to scare her child. Keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers for all the latest reality TV updates about Teen Mom.
