Mackenzie McKee is back on the MTV show. The network had previously fired the star over a feud with a co-star, Cheyenne. But it looks like the Teen Mom star is back on the Family Reunion’s third season.

Cheyenne and Mackenzie had a big fight when the latter used a racial slur for Vice President Kamala Harris. They even fought it out on social media. MTV had even fired Mackenzie over the whole fight. But the star is making her comeback on the Teen Mom spinoff, the Family Reunion.
Fans heard last month that Mackenzie is replacing Ashley on the show. And much to Cheyenne’s dismay, she is in the house now. Mackenzie has also brought a special guest with her. Cheyenne had a very peculiar way of describing Mackenzie’s boyfriend. She tried to reference Mackenzie’s Kamal Harris remark with it.
Many fans are curious about Mackenzie’s boyfriend. He is an African-American man named Khesanio Hall. This was part of the reason why Cheyenne referenced the Kamala Harris remark. Mackenzie has been with Khesanio for a year now as she celebrated their one-year anniversary in December 2023.
The star made her and Khesanio’s relationship official on her Instagram at the end of 2022. Khesanio is also active, like Mackenzie. He coaches soccer at a high school in Florida and a private club. And now, he is making his Teen Mom debut with Mackenzie McKee.
Teen Mom: Is Cheyenne & Mackenzie’s Feud Still On?
Mackenzie and Cheyenne had a huge fight when Mackenzie used a racial slur for Kamala Harris. Cheyenne had called Mackenzie a bully on Facebook as they took the fight to social media. The fight got so out of hand that MTV ended up firing Mackenzie.
But the star is returning on the Teen Mom spinoff The Family Reunion. Fans could feel there was still some tension between her and Cheyenne. The latter even tried to mock Mackenzie for her ‘African-American’ boyfriend after she used the slur for Kamala Harris. Many fans worry that the two are still not over the fight.
However, things might be settling a little. If Mackenzie’s latest Instagram update is an indication, she and Cheyenne seem to have an amicable relationship. Fans could see her embrace Cheyenne, Brianna, and Jade when they were in New York City.
