Zach and Rachel shared a romantic history after they fell for each other during the 2022 season of The Bachelorette. The lead Rachel had to choose between Zach, Tino Franco, or Aven Jones. However, after taking her to the Fantasy Suite, The Bachelor’s lead ended things with Rachel. He also called her inauthentic behind the cameras. However, recently Zach has asked everybody to be kind to his ex. All of this, he had tweeted on February 21. Zach has brought up his past a lot since the premiere of the new season of The Bachelor.
Recently on the latest episode of The Bachelor, Zach referred to his romance with Rachel during his one-on-one date with Gabi Elnicki. He claimed to know Rachel well before, but eventually, he realized that he didn’t. However, Zach and Rachel both threw shade at each other following their split. Also, he publicly shared that they both had compatibility issues and faced a communication gap in their relationship.
According to UsWeekly, Zach mentioned the changes he underwent after his split from Rachel on the Here for the Right Reasons podcast. He said that he had asked all the women in the house to open up about their feelings, whether good or bad, to him. While referring to his relationship with Rachel, he said that he wanted a have a healthy relationship now. Also, he wanted something meaningful from the show. In the interview, Zach also claimed that he found Rachel acting and not being true to him while she was on the show.
The Bachelor: Rachel Speaks Up After Zach And Her Split
Rachel, for once, was surprised to hear Zach saying ill things about her. It happened after she believed the ex-couple had connected at After the Final Rose last season. She was disappointed to listen to The Bachelor lead talk about their past on national TV. During her conversation with Ashley Laconetti last month, she was confused by the fact that Zach believed she was not authentic. Furthermore, she added how did he think of her like that.
Rachel further claimed that she cared a lot about Zach. In fact, she believed that he was suitable for her. Therefore, she sent several men back home from time to time on The Bachelorette. Rachel also pointed out Zach as not being true in front of the camera. Moreover, behind closed doors, he wanted to have honest conversations instead. Later she concluded by mentioning that all of this hurt her a lot as she did not expect her ex would bring their relationship up on the show.
