Alec and Hilaria’s eldest daughter, Carmen, is 11 years old. In the recent episode, Hilaria told Danny that she got a cosmetic procedure. She did not elaborate about the procedure, but revealed that she breastfed her seven kids, and it felt like her body was not hers anymore. So she did it to feel okay.
Hilaria even added that she is not confident in her own skin, which is why she got the procedure. However, she fears the procedure may negatively impact her daughter, Carmen. She never wants her daughters to have body image issues like her.
