Hilaria revealed that the Manhattan house has always been Alec’s safe space, even before they met. The house supported him through his most difficult times, including his divorce. Because of that, the place holds deep significance in his life, and they can’t let it go. Over the years, they renovated the property to match their growing family’s needs. The massive mansion spans over 11,000 sq. ft. and features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

The estate even has a library and a basement movie theatre, which they turned into a playroom for their kids. This very house also became the filming spot for The Baldwins. At the entrance, Hilaria keeps a painting of herself, which she admits feels quite embarrassing. Alec originally bought the estate in 1995 for $1.75 million. Since there aren’t many homes around that area, the location gives the family complete privacy.
