On the other side, Thomas will continue to trick Ridge into believing how cunning of a woman Brooke is. Initially, when Brooke denied calling CPS, Ridge believed her. But now that he has heard her voice in the recording, he will wonder the need for the officers to lie to him.
Later, Ridge will call Brooke and confront if she really called CPS. Of course, Brooke will continue to deny it. This will only piss off Ridge really bad. The more Brooke denies it, the more he will feel that she is not the person whom he thought she was. Ridge will be heartbroken and think that Brooke is the right one.
