On The Bold and The Beautiful, Thomas is always on a slippery slope when it comes to Hope. We have seen him hovering on the edge of madness previously due to his obsession over his ex-flame. It seems as though his obsession has taken new life all over again. Subsequently quashing any reform, he may have attempted to show in the past.
After deviously destroying Brooke and Ridge’s marriage by calling CPS on himself using voice changing app, he is doing it again. We saw that Thomas has been dreaming of kissing Hope! And in a recent podcast, The Bold and The Beautiful, actor Matthew Atkinson confessed that he and Anika (Hope) both believe that Bad boy-Good-girl pairings always work well with the audiences.
So, it’s safe to say that we can hope to see Adam meddling in Hope’s relationship with Liam. And, of course, the star in the grand scheme of events will be little Douglas’s voice-changing app. Thomas has already mastered this craft. He effectively blamed Brooke for the CPS call, and his father, Ridge, ate it up! Consequently, breaking off with Brooke. We know that Liam is about to visit the Forrester Mansion soon on The Bold and the Beautiful. It would be the perfect opportunity for Thomas to take a sample of Liam’s voice and then use it to create some really trashy or hurtful statements for Hope. Consequently driving a wedge in between her and Liam.
He may also use Hope’s voice samples to create mushy statements aimed at himself which would surely rile up Liam. The possibilities are endless with a mind as notorious as Thomas’s. Matthew in the SOAP OPERA DIGEST podcast confessed that these sort of actions are normal for a character like his. He feels. Thomas has been scarred since childhood by how Ridge treated Taylor. And such wounds only lead to the direction Thomas has taken.
While, we understand what Matthew says about Thomas. But we wonder if it is justified to stay that way forever and keep ensuing chaos? There always is scope for growth and redemption.
