In the promo video, viewers can see Jordan infers that Shaun is crushing on her. Shaun denies it while telling him that he loves Lea. That is when the park comes in between and points out that those two things aren’t mutual. All the Good Doctor fans first came to know about this potential #Shea speed bump back on January 25.
In the promo, viewers can see Shaun as he admits that he is having thoughts about Dr. D’Souza that he does not know what to do about it. Then Shaun concludes that maybe loving Lea might just make all those thoughts go away?
Shaun’s crisis with this conscience comes after a number of episodes that have been focused on his relationship with Lea. The pandemic forced both of them to remain socially distant. So, Lea moved back into the loft. Soon after that, Shaun came to know that his girlfriend was previously married. Lea then introduced Shaun to her parents, who had to be convinced that their daughter was mature enough to have a “complicated relationship.”
Elsewhere, in the Monday episode of the show, Lim will be challenged with some unique circumstances around a pregnant patient who had an aggressive tumor. In the meantime, after misdiagnosing a patient, Claire comes to know about some disconcerting practices at the hospital.
What Would Happen Next?
It will be interesting to see how Freddie Highmore’s character would deal with these feelings. That is one of the biggest questions that the upcoming episode will address. There will be relationship dynamics that he will understand that are very important. He will also understand that his actions have the ability to hurt other people.
