Will she manage to bring the situation back with her return? She gets face-to-face with her stabber. On the other hand, Cain is now in a state of recovery. He is now aware of what is going around. So, will he shuffle and make chaos in the hospital? Probably. The new intern is about to learn and make progress on her first day.
The episode’s official synopsis reads, “On Nic’s first day back at Chatain, the man who attacked her is admitted to the ER. It causes her to confront the trauma. Cain, now in recovery, is self-conscious of his physical state and sets an eye to take down Mina. At the same time, new intern Leela both struggles and shines throughout her first day of internship, causing Devon and Conrad to wonder if something bigger is going on.”

Fans could see Mina saying in the promo that she is under investigation. Moreover, the character could be deported soon. With that, she will also lose her medical license. The last released episode of The Resident Season 4 was “Hero Moments.” Mina and Aj perform the most complicated heart valve replacement surgery. However, AJ is called in between and leaves behind the operation theatre on Mina’s hand. Mina single-handedly manages all and succeeds in the surgery.
Later in the episode, Conrad gets a call from Captain Nate. He takes the career-ending bullet wound to save Conrad. AJ helps Nate to survive. Nate further makes peace with Conrad and tells him to leave behind his guilt.
