The Young and the Restless alums Justin Hartley and Sofia Pernas seemed to be real winners as they made their debut as a married couple on the red carpet this May 16. Although, the rumors about the two of them being married had been making rounds for almost a month already. But now, all of it is crystal clear.
The Young And The Restless Alums Justin Hartley And Sofia Pernas Are Married!
The marriage rumors started back on May 2, 2021, when Justin and Sofia were spotted at a beach in Malibu wearing wedding bands on their left hands. The pair met on the sets of The Young and the Restless a few years ago. Back in the time, Justin Hartley played the character of Adam Newman, and Sofia played Adam’s nephew’s girlfriend Marisa Sierras in the soap opera. Although, they reportedly started dating in May 2020. The couple was first seen together in public in the same month. They were photographed kissing while Pernas was dropping off Hartley at the doctor’s appointment in Southern California.
Back when Pernas and Hartley first met, Hartley was still married to Dancing with the Stars fame Chrishell Stause. However, Pernas was friendly to both of them. Stause and Hartley then announced their separation in November 2019. Meanwhile, once Hartley and Pernas started dating in 2020, their relationship progressed pretty quickly.
Pernas is also close to Hartley’s 16-year-old daughter Isabelle. She regularly left comments on her Instagram posts around July 2020. Five months later, Hartley and Pernas made their relationship official via Instagram. They shared a selfie on New Year’s Eve, wishing their fans.
