She will return to the screen this May 13, 2022, and be there for her sister. Given how excited Tessa is for her sister’s return; we know she will be over the moon when the reunion does happen.
The last time The Young And The Restless viewers saw Crystal was back in 2017. Back in the time, her storyline was that she was a part of the sex ring run by Zack Stinnett that Sharon was trying to help while working a crisis hotline. By the end of the storyline, Crystal shot Zack with Nikki’s gun. She was supposed to land in jail. But we recently came to know that Rey was successful in getting those charges against her dropped. It was supposed to be the wedding gift for Teriah.
Speaking of SOD, Obenreder says that she came to know that Mariah and Tessa were getting married, and then she started wondering if Crystal would come for this wedding. Then, two days later, she got a call asking her if she would reprise the role. She says that she thought that this was a crazy universal intervention.
