We recently brought to you the riveting news of The Young and The Restless star, Sasha Calle bagging a high-flying opportunity! The talented actress will soon be seen jetting the skies as SuperGirl on The Flash of the DC Extended World. However, pursuing the enthralling opportunity of entering the world of superheroes came at a cost. Sasha had to put her role of Lola Rosales on the back seat to make time for The Flash. Lola left Genoa City and moved to Miami to be closer to her family and opened an eatery.
But now that The Young and The Restless star has successfully wrapped up work for the film, will she head back to Genoa City? In all likelihood, she just might! During the Super Bowl, we caught a glimpse of Sasha Calle as Brenda in The Young and The Restless trailers! Thus, giving us hope that we might see her sooner than later on the famous CBS soap. In fact, this would be the perfect time for the beauty to return to GC. She can pick up her story from for where she left off, especially because Skyle are sinking!
While Sasha left The Young and The Restless because of The Flash, viewers might remember that Lola left GC because of Kyle! The young Abbot cheated on her with Summer. He kissed Summer while on a business trip and broke Lola’s heart with his confession. Thus leading Lola to skip GC and accept a guest chef position in Miami. But so much time has passed now, and Lola may have recovered from the romantic setback. It would be nice if she returned to Genoa City to piece a new life for herself.
There is just so much Lola can do in GC on The Young and The Restless. Now that she has experience as a chef, she can open her own eatery! The Genoa City residents keep bumping into each other at the old ones and keep getting into fights. A new place could divide the traffic perhaps! Moreover, she could return with a partner in tow and have a wonderful new romance with him. This would certainly irk Kyle since his own marriage is on the rocks.
When Kyle sees Sasha so happy and thriving with another man, he may start to wonder if he made a mistake on The Young and The Restless. But we really hope if Lola returns, she doesn’t get caught up in Kyle’s drama. A fresh new story would be more enjoyable. What do you think?
