The Young And The Restless: Diane V/S Phyllis War Is ON! What Should Jack Do?

The Young and the Restless

The Young And The Restless viewers know that things have taken a rather rocky turn for Jack and Phyllis in the soap opera. They had just started their relationship, but now Jack is pulling back again. The last time he did that, he was scared of getting hurt, and that is something that many Y&R fans understood.

However, this time he is doing it for Diane. Now, many The Young And The Restless fans seem to not like this. In fact, fans believe that Phyllis is the one who consoled Jack when he came to know about Keemo’s demise. So, is Jack taking things too far by doing what he is? It looks like so.

In the previous episodes of The Young And The Restless, viewers saw Phyllis confessing that she only made a move on Jack because she was getting territorial with him. She was scared that Diane would mark him, and she wanted to win him. While this was not a nice reason to start a relationship, everyone can see that Phyllis loves Jack. After losing him, she does things to win him back.

Not only right now, but even in the past, when Jack had gone to L.A., Phyllis did not take a lot of time to go be by his side when he came to know about Keemo. So, all the fans believe that he should cut Phyllis some slack. Other than that, it was Diane who actually stirred the pot. Diane came back and sent ripples with the bad blood she had been harboring.

Now coming to what Jack should do, there are a number of things that he can do. While most fans feel that Jack isn’t obliged to revive a romantic reunion with Phyllis, they believe that he should at least give her a chance at friendship. Phyllis has been unwavering support to him. So, if Jack can work something there, it would be really nice.

We understand that Phyllis is Phyllis, but it is time that Jack starts cutting her some slack. Would the two of them at least become friends on The Young And The Restless? We will have to wait to see. The Young And The Restless airs on CBS all weekdays. Share your opinion on the Jack-Phyllis relationship in the comments below.
