Phyllis Returns To The Land of The Living
Staying holed up in the hotel room while her loved ones mourn her is not really working for Phyllis on The Young and The Restless. It seems like she got really carried away in her quest for revenge and did not think the whole plan through. Perhaps she should not have blindly gone along with Jeremy Stark’s frame-up plan. He made running away to start a new life so glamorous. While Diane would be in prison for a crime that never actually happened. However, Phyllis is now realizing the grass on the other side was actually fake! All she wants now is to go back to her children.
But even if Phyllis finally musters up the courage to go back and accept that she is very much alive, will she be able to face the music? Summer and Daniel are devastated beyond belief on The Young and The Restless. When they find out that Phyllis played them, they would be livid. They would, in fact, rip Phyllis a new one. Phyllis’ baby daddy, Nick Newman, won’t be too subtle about it either. He faced the horror of watching their daughter, Summer, completely fall apart and couldn’t do anything to fix it. That’s a father’s worst nightmare! However, on the flip side, Nick has also proven to be rather forgiving with the people he loves. So, once he is done berating her, he might actually decide to help her if she manages to win his sympathies!
Nick and Phyllis Come Closer on The Young and The Restless
History is proof that Nick Newman has forgiven Phyllis many times on The Young and The Restless. Moreover, for far worse than what she pulled off with Jeremy. Thus, he might become the first to forgive her, and lend her a helping hand. Summer and Daniel might turn their backs on her. But all she really wants is to be on good terms with her children. Hence, she might ask Nick to help her win Summer’s forgiveness. Which in turn would help her make inroads with Daniel.
Currently, Nick is caught up in a complicated web with Sally and Adam on The Young and The Restless. And we all know that it’s not going to end in Nick’s favor. Thus, he is going to need someone to lean on. Could that someone end up being Phyllis? Well, if Nick decides to help her, then we are definitely getting a Nick-Phyllis reunion! The two have crossed paths way too many times, but someone or the other always got in the way. However, this time there really is no one else! Jack is with Diane, Sharon is heading towards Chase, and Sally will end up with Adam! So it would actually be the perfect time for Nick and Phyllis to revisit their old romance!
