The Young and The Restless recap reveals that Monday’s episode of the CBS soap was full of drama and action. This episode was about new equations budding and characters still struggling with their emotions. First, We saw a war brewing up between Sally and Chelsea.

The Young And The Restless: Sally’s Back To Genoa City
To begin with, Sally had lots of stories now that she’s back from the business trip from New York. Adam has had a lot on his mind lately, too. So, to catch up, he took Sally out for a meal, and they discussed New York stories. Then Sally asked Adam about what was on his mind. Adam admitted that he has bigger issues than Sally and Chelsea’s drama.
Adam feels that he has lost all credibility with Victor Newman as Victor might give the control of Newman media to Victoria. However, Adam regretted telling all this to an employee and urged Sally to forget everything he had just said. But, Sally offered support to Adam, She tells him that she’s on his side.
Sally & Chelsea’s Feud
While Adam and Sally are out for the meal, they cross paths with Chloe and Chelsea. Chelsea is giving Chloe the update about planning to get a new place to work plan. Mitchell loved the idea of getting some other place outside, and she tells Chelsea that if they get a good place, then Adam won’t be able to deny it. Sally also comes to know about this relocation news and wonders why she is getting this news just now.
Chelsea reminds Sally that she works for them, not the opposite. Adam responds that nothing is finalized yet. But, Chelsea will be hopeful about the new place. Sally offered fake support as Chelsea and Chloe left. Then, Adam took Sally to a table, and Chelsea fumed over Sally for not even trying to hide her actions. To which, Chloe declared that Chelsea is not over Adam yet and she needs to focus on her career and future.
The Young And The Restless: Chloe Gives Up
Later in the episode, Chelsea and Chloe show up at Adam’s office with the idea of a new space. Adam won’t be sure about the cost of the new lease. But, Chelsea and Chloe try their best to convince him. In the end, Adam decides that it’d be rather a good idea not to cross paths with Chelsea every day. Chelsea seems upset and excuses herself. She then also bumps into Sally in the hallway.
Chelsea feels that Sally is lying to her and that Sally should stop fooling her. Then, Chelsea comes and tells everything to Chloe. Chloe made it clear that she was no longer the referee. As for Sally, She complains to Adam, but he wouldn’t listen. Adam had already warned her about getting into a war with Chelsea. However, Sally thought that Adam was underestimating her.
Rey Offers Support To Chelsea
Next, At Crimson Lights, Sharon seemed worried about her son, Noah. She is concerned about how he’s dealing with Tessa and Mariah’s engagement. Rey wondered that maybe Sharon was thinking too much. But, Sharon argued that Nick thinks the same. Rey said to Sharon in a sarcastic tone that he’s just a detective and can’t see all the signs that Noah’s parents do. Sharon assures Rey that he plays a very important role in her kids’ lives as their step-father.
After a while, Viewers saw Chelsea and Chloe come to the patio, where Sharon asked them about their relocation plan. Eventually, Chelsea joined Rey at his table in the dining area, so they had a conversation about Connor and her decision to move out of the penthouse. Then, Sharon joined them too.
Chelsea felt how great it was to talk to someone who actually cares. Once Sharon is alone with Rey, she comments on his rapport with Chelsea. Rey behaved defensively and told Sharon they were just discussing Connor since parents love talking about their children.
The Young And The Restless: Abby Is Concerned
Rounding off Monday’s episode was Abby feeling upset over the shared custody situation. Abby is worried about Dominic and thinks they didn’t love him enough to fight for him. Chance offered reassurance, but Abby still wished there was another option that felt right. Moreover, Chance tries to convince Abby that Dominic will get all the love and care that he deserves. Abby tells Chance that she’s worried about the days and nights they might spend away from Dominic.
Abby fears that time away from Dominic might leave her broken. Chance pondered if Abby wanted to talk to Christine about changing their minds, but Abby insisted they couldn’t go back on their word. Furthermore, At the penthouse, Devon notices Amanda is worried. Amanda tells Devon that the lawyer in her just can’t keep calm until the new contract is made. Towards the end, Amanda eventually receives a text from Christine about the approved changes.
