The Young and the Restless recap for July 20, 2022, relays the story of Ashland’s arrest. Victor used betrayal and deceit to dupe Ashland once again, getting him arrested. However, Ashland will not forgive the Newmans, and in jail, he has all the time in the world to plot his next moves.
Speaking of moves, in this episode, we saw Phyllis, Nikki, and Ashley meet to discuss their plan to get Diane out of Genoa City. However, due to their disagreements, the plan seems to be rocky at the moment. Furthermore, after Adam’s decision to walk out of the family business, Victor is on the verge of losing his patience. Ashland Plots His Revenge
In this episode of The Young and the Restless, we saw Ashland in jail. After Victor Newman’s plot was successful, Ashland was arrested, and now he has all the time in the world to plot his revenge. He has nothing to lose now that he has lost the love of his life and $250 million. However, Ashland Locke will not sit back and watch. He will give a fitting reply to Victor Newman and Victoria Newman.
It looks like Victoria will be his next target. More importantly, Ashland also needs to get his son, Harrison, back from Kyle Abbott. How could he get all that he wants with one move? It looks like he will use the time in jail to come up with a revenge plan and get back everything. It is speculated that he will be finding an accomplice for his plans. Will an angry Adam join hands with him to change the game for Victoria and Victor? We will have to wait and watch to find out.
The Young And The Restless Recap: Nikki, Phyllis & Ashley Team Up
Later in the episode of The Young and the Restless, viewers saw Nikki Newman, Phyllis Summers and Ashley Abbott coming together. They have united for a common cause – getting rid of Diane Jenkins. The three agreed that she was the trouble in their little paradise in Genoa City.
However, this combination is without a doubt a difficult one. Each of these women wanted to do things their own way. They are not used to being rejected for their ideas. So naturally, it will take a lot of effort to come up with a real plan with the way things are going for them.
Victor Loses His Cool With Adam
In this episode of The Young and the Restless, Victor lost his patience with Adam. Adam does not want Sally to lose the CEO position at Newman Media whereas Victor wants all his children to work together. After Adam and Sally broke up, Victor got to know about Victoria’s decision to hold Sally on a 90-day trial.
Victor wasn’t happy with this decision. For him, it would be ideal to have Adam at the top position with Sally as the COO or kicked out. He will try to drive some sense into Adam but it will all be in vain. At the moment, Victor’s priority is to deal with Ashland Locke. So, he will decide to move on from this.
