The Young and The Restless star Rory Gibson just shared an extremely heart-wrenching news with his followers. And we hate to be bearers of sad news. But maybe together, we can send some much-needed positive energy and strength to our beloved Rory in his dark hours.
On October 7, 2022, The Young and The Restless star posted on his official Instagram account of his four-legged companion Chet’s passing. “I lost a part of me this week.” he wrote in the caption alongside a montage of photos and videos of his dearest dog, Chet. “The only solace I can find is knowing that we gave you a good life.”
“I love you, Chet. My heart is broken,” Rory wrote. “I will miss you forever.” Our heart is in pieces right now. We know exactly how it feels to lose a furry friend. The old adage, A dog is a man’s best friend, is the truest sentiment that can be. Anyone who has ever lost one would know the feeling all too well.
The Young And The Restless Stars Send Love To Rory
Later, in a follow up comment The Young and The Restless’s Noah shared that Chet had gone in for a simple procedure but had an adverse reaction to anesthesia. We can imagine how painful this testing time must be for Rory. Just like us, his fellow actors and friends wasted no time in lending their support to their grieving buddy.
“Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry… my heart breaks for you both.” Actress Courtney Hope, Sally Spectra of The Young and The Restless wrote. Rory’s on-screen mom, Sharon Case (Sharon), and Sean Dominic (Nate) were not far behind in lending their support and offering their condolence to Rory over his huge loss. His followers too sent love for him and prayers for Chet.
