Victoria is a strong-willed woman, but matters of the heart can make anyone weak for a while. Therefore, when Victoria might realize that Ashland betrayed her and lied to her at every step, she will be heartbroken for obvious reasons.
Given the circumstances, Victoria will need time to heal from all this. And her parents will do anything they can to protect their precious daughter from all the pain. All of this will lead to questioning of who might run the business now that Victoria is going through a hard time.

As Nikki Newman won’t agree to work with or under Adam in any way so Nikki might raise her concerns. But, with everything that Victoria will be going through, her mother might decide to take care of her daughter.
While Victoria would be licking off her wounds and looking for support from her mother. Adam might take over the Newman Media once again. With great power comes great responsibility. So, Adam might have to get on great responsibility and run the Newman business. All Adam ever wanted was to be the CEO of his business. And now it seems like he will have all of it.
What Will Happen Next?
The Young And The Restless spoilers suggest that once Adam is the CEO, he will have to manage a bigger business because Newman merged with Locke to form Newman-Locke. Things might get a bit trickier since Ashland might not give up on his business. But, Victor will make sure that Locke leaves Genoa city very soon.
So, when Ashland is not involved, Nikki decides to be there for her daughter. This will lead to Adam giving his girlfriend the promotion that she deserves. And all this will add Adam and Sally’s new romance riling up in the office hours too.
Moreover, Adam will want to act as Nikki’s replacement and make her the COO of the entire Newman enterprise. This will definitely take Sally and Adam’s relationship to another level.
