Diane Sweats Bullets Over A Mystery Message
Diane steps out of the main door of the Abbott Mansion, only to find a surprise waiting for her on The Young and The Restless. As soon as Diane open’s the door, she sees an envelope on the step. She takes it inside and is ashen to see the contents. Feeling rattled, she drops the envelope on the table, but it catches Jack’s attention. He asks her what happened. A visibly shaken Diane informs him that a letter came in for her. It has her name on the front and a smiley face inside.
Jack is equally unnerved at the creepy letter on The Young and The Restless. He asks Diane if she thinks it to be Jeremy’s doing. Diane answers in the affirmative but is upset that she is still so much in fear of Jeremy Stark. Jack comforts her and urges her to not let Jeremy get under her skin. He assures her that he is with her and will never let Jeremy harm her. However, Diane tells him that she doesn’t want to involve him in any more Jeremy drama. But Jack insists on taking care of it. But can Jack Really protect Diane from a legacy criminal like Jeremy Stark?
Chance Gives Diane And Jack A Warning On The Young And The Restless
Jeremy approaches Chance Chancellor at The Crimson Lights on The Young and The Restless. He tells Chance that he will not be making any trouble in Genoa City. Moreover, he tells him that he holds nothing against him for the false arrest. He rubs it in that Chance got played just as much as he was. He manages to irk Chance a little by his underhanded snide remarks. Chance warns him to mind himself, and Jeremy backs off, saying he’s just here to enjoy the warmth and hospitality. However, Jeremy senses that Chance has definitely taken the frame up personally, and is furious that Jack used him. Will Jeremy use this info to this advantage? Will he try to use Chance again, Jack and Diane?

Jack thanks him for giving them a heads-up. But Chance tells him that the “warning” goes both ways. It seems Jeremy has gotten under Chance’s skin, and he thinks Jeremy might be telling the truth about Jack and Diane framing him on The Young and The Restless. Chance tells Jack that he will be watching Jeremy, but he will also have his eyes on them. He warns them to not try to handle Jeremy on their own.
