Daniel’s Desperate Move To Protect Summer
In Monday’s episode Daniel will take matter into its own hands to help Summer. He believes it’s not fair for Summer to face prosecution for something that she has done under Phyllis’ manipulation. Since Phyllis will hesitate to accept Christine’ offer, Daniel will directly go and meet her lawyer, Heather, who also happens to be his baby momma. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Daniel will talk to Heather about Summer’s situation and hope she will do him a favor. Daniel may believe Phyllis is too stubborn and might not see the advantages of Christine’s deal.
He will think that Heather should sit with Phyllis and convince her to accept Christine’s offer. In his opinion, Phyllis shouldn’t risk going to trial when pleading guilty could protect Summer from facing charges. He may fear that this might be Summer’s last chance to avoid jail. On the hand, Heather might not consider Christine’s deal being the only best option. Nevertheless since Phyllis is Heather’s client, so will feel obligated to prioritize Phyllis’s interests.
The Young And The Restless: Phyllis’ Risky Move Takes Center Stage
Over to Phyllis, she is taking a big risk to avoid going to prison and protect Summer. However, it’s not going to be as simple as she thinks. Thankfully, Tucker might prove to be useful. Although he initially hesitated to accept Phyllis’ upper hand, The Young and the Restless spoilers say he might soon change his mind and hand over Carson to Phyllis after meeting Adam. How will Adam convince Tucker to surrender? Will he use blackmail or some other means?
Although Phyllis might consider accepting Christine’s deal, she could change her mind after Carson agrees to testify. One can easily imagine Phyllis almost signing the paperwork before her important witness, the EMT, comes out from hiding to stop her.
Audra Faces Blackmail!

He may manipulate Audra into becoming his puppet at Newman Media, and use her to execute his plans. This could be Adam’s new strategy to merge Newman Media with his recent venture.
