Fans of The Young And The Restless are aware that Victor wants to reunite Victoria with her family and put a stop to the new life she is building with Ashland Locke. So Victor has appointed Adam Newman, CEO, as part of that strategy to pressure Victoria into visiting Genoa City again.
This calls for Victor to make a big deal out of the CEO news and make Victoria envious of Adam taking the kingdom. In the upcoming episode, Victor will set up a press conference and an interview to promote Adam becoming the lead. When Victoria calls Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and casually considers pursuing contacts in New York, she will take action on her own. Nick will be made aware that Victoria is creating a new empire when she leaves a small trail for him to follow.

Later this week, Victor will gather information and hatch a scheme to thwart Victoria’s endeavor, but Victoria will be proud of herself for the time being. Lily Makes A Discovery, Chelsea Gets A Job Offer
The next discovery Lily makes will surprise her. The only major issue here may be Chelsea’s relationship with Chloe Mitchell with Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) on board (Elizabeth Hendrickson). Chloe might feel like her best friend is leaving her in the dust.
