The short and on-point answer to that question is no. Rey Rosales is not leaving the land of Genoa City anytime soon. Right now, Rey is involved in a number of storylines, and it would feel really weird if he left them in the middle. He and his wife are in their wedding crisis. He feels that she is prioritizing another man (Adam) over him, and that has pushed the two of them and their relationship down the spiral.
Not just that, Rey recently became a victim of thallium poisoning, and he blames Adam for that too. Now, he is after him. The cop wants to get him for the poisoning. For that, Rey has come up with a plan, and he might start working with Chelsea on it soon.
