The Young and the Restless viewers know that Summer Newman has moved to Italy. As per Sally and Tara’s scheme, Summer was appointed as the creative director at Marchetti. While Summer might have moved because of threats, we can’t deny that it is an amazing opportunity. Even when Kyle finds out the truth about whatever has happened, Summer might not want to give up the job. And it would not make sense because The Young and the Restless has already established her exit. Not just that, it would be very unprofessional for her to bail out on her new company.
Harrison Needs Kyle!
Kyle had already proposed the idea of co-parenting across the continents when he was trying to work things out with Summer. However, Summer had some excellent points back then. She said that she did not want Kyle to miss out on the important milestones in Harrison’s life and resent her for everything. If the storyline of Ashland having only a few months to live goes through, and he dies, Harrison will really need his Daddy. That is something that Kyle needs to keep in mind. Kyle has made a commitment to be a father. So, he will need to be that. He will have to be there while Harrison is growing up.
The Young And The Restless: What Happens Next?
If we put the pieces of the puzzle together, The Young and the Restless might go towards Kyle’s exit. Summer is already staying in Italy, so it would make sense that Kyle goes there too. However, he also has to be with Harrison, who lives in Genoa City. So, the easy way out would be Kyle getting Harrison’s sole custody and him moving to Italy along with the little boy.
Tara has done some shady stuff in the past that can be used against her. Not just that, she also pulled off this whole scheme. On the other hand, it is Ashland who might be dead. So, Kyle getting the sole custody isn’t bizarre. Tara is extremely manipulative. She was willing to use her boy as the bargaining chip.
So, it is possible that Summer might fill in the shoes of Harrison’s mother. It looks like Kyle, Harrison, and Summer might start their sweet happy family in Italy.
