The Young And The Restless Spoilers: Melissa Claire Egan Reveals Her New Look Before She Returns

The Young And The Restless

It looks like Melissa Claire Egan is all set to get back to The Young and the Restless sets. The actress who plays the character of Chelsea Lawson on the soap opera had taken some time off for her maternity leave. She welcomed a bundle of joy on August 21. Now, she is coming back to reprise her role.

However, before she got back, she had a huge decision to make. Egan had decided that she wanted to change her hair and couldn’t make a choice. So, she decided to ask her followers to help her out. The actress took onto Twitter and said that she was switching her hair before she went back to work. She was confused between becoming blonde again, or chop it, or get bangs or maybe get an 80’s perm.

One this that all soap viewers seem to have a lot is opinions. So, as soon as Egan asked her followers, there were some really nice suggestions. The suggestions ranged from highlighted beach waves to layered medium-length. Melissa’s onscreen mother, Catherine Bach, had some suggestions too. She asked Egan to go blonde like her mama.

Then, Alicia Minshew, Egan’s All My Children castmate, said that she should go 80s perm all the way. Taking into consideration everything that Melissa’s followers had to say, she chose a look and shared it on her Twitter. Here, check it out. Melissa also thanked everyone for their output in the caption.
