Just as our favorite Phyllis on The Young And The Restless owns luxurious properties, Phyllis’s portrayer Michelle Stafford doesn’t lag behind her on-screen character. Stafford owns a luxurious 1920s Spanish bungalow at a prime location between Hollywood and Larchmont Village.
The lavish bungalow has a whopping price tag of approximately $10,50,000. Michelle had bought the bungalow almost 20 years ago, and it was priced at $225k back in the time. However, with the change in the real estate conditions, the price of the property has spiked.
A couple of years ago, the actress had listed her house for rent, and the rent was between $4800-$5300 per month. It is indeed a little expensive. But just wait till you get to see the pictures of the gorgeous house. Painted in all white, the house is not only inviting but also gives a great aesthetic. It is the kind of house that makes you want to curl up with a book and enjoy the day in peace.
The 2300 square feet bungalow has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It looks absolutely gorgeous with its avant-garde kitchen, a stunning living room, and a giant whitewashed fireplace. The house also has a set of French doors that open p to a private stone-paved courtyard.
