It’s literally raining exes on The Young and The Restless these days. Almost every couple on the soap is facing imminent threat from at least one partner’s ex. Why should Summer and Kyle be any different? The two of them were going stable for a long time. Successfully fending off any outside complication in their life. Summer And Kyle Hit Rock Bottom
The Young and The Restless focuses a lot on it’s older characters. Fans have often complained that the Y&R makers don’t handle the younger characters’ storylines very well. However, Summer and Kyle are an exception to that notion. Ever since the two entered each other’s orbits on the soap, they have had a full-fledged and well-written story arch. The couple have had their ups and downs but have successfully managed to counter the problems and have always found their way back to each other.
A few months ago Summer and Kyle renewed their nuptials, with fresh marital vows on The Young and The Restless. Ever since then, fans have been wondering if this was the beginning of their end. However, initially Summer and Kyle were able to remain on the same page, despite their warring mothers. But things have been painfully different in the recent past. All the couple seems to do now, is fight! They never agree on the same thing and are increasingly becoming distant. Looks like their love boat has entered choppy waters. Tara Locke Returns, Will She Sink SKYLE On The Young And The Restless?
If Summer and Kyle’s disagreements were not enough to punch a hole in their boat, The Young and The Restless is bringing back a sure shot Tsunami to sink them. Latest spoilers for the CBS soap suggest that Kyle’s ex Tara Locke will soon be released from the prison. We don’t have to be ace mathematicians to deduce that as soon as she is out, she will want to see her bio son, Harrison. Thus, effectively entering Summer and Kyle’s orbit. Sharing a child with someone ties the parents with a unbreakable thread. Even if they part ways, the child will forever keep them connected.
Once Tara returns to The Young and The Restless, it will only be a matter of time before she puts a huge dent in Summer and Kyle’s relationship. History stands proof that she had once already succeeded in tearing the couple apart. There is a huge chance she can do it again! Especially, at a time when the two are already at their wits ends with each other. Spoilers say Tara could walk out of prison a reformed person. If that happens, then there is a chance that Kyle might start leaning on her for some support while he remains at war with Summer. Seeing the two getting pally would certainly piss off Summer and matters will just keep getting worse.
