The Young And The Restless update for Friday, April 1, 2022, suggest that Phyllis won’t be able to wait to hear from Jack. She feels that something is wrong. However, Jack will assure her that everything is alright, but his tone hints that he’s in trouble. She will feel something isn’t fine with Jack and won’t like being left out. Lauren and Phyllis will find themselves on the same page in Friday’s episode.
They will discuss the whole situation where Lauren will be reminded of when she was in the dark about Michael’s situation. She will tell her that at that time, she wanted to fly to Peru by herself to figure out the entire situation.
Phyllis will be tempted by the thought and will think it’s the only way to satisfy her eagerness. So, she thinks she should catch a flight to LA to help Jack. Of course, she couldn’t have thought that Diane would return from her grave, and neither did Jack.

Nevertheless, Ashland is the co-CEO of Newman-Locke and owns half of the company. So, he doesn’t want to see Adam in such a big position.
