After a long, long wait, This is Us Season 5 came back this January, and all fans are more than delighted. Now, This is Us Season 5 Episode 7 this February 9, 2021, on NBC. The season hit the screens and took on to the growing tension between Randall and Kevin. The new episode also took viewers through Kate and Toby’s adoption journey.
Not just that, we got to see Randall’s journey of self-discovery in the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Black Lives Matter protests. The show was first released in October 2020 and soon after that went on a two-month break. Now, we will get to see This is Us Season 5 Episode 7, and we know that it will be a very doozy.
What Did We See Last?
Viewers who have seen the sixth episode would remember that Randall had left for New Orleans, where his birth mother Lauren was born. He went there to know the whole story. The trip ended with a revelatory experience for Randall, who, by the end of the series, learned to let go of all the pain he had been holding onto. When he was driving back home, he called Kevin and told him that he wanted to put their differences to rest.
This is Us Season 5 Episode 7: What Would Happen Next?
It is still unclear what would happen to Kevin. Will he be in danger or become the hero of the day? We do have some updates on Kate and Toby’s adoption journey. In the sneak peek video for This is Us Season 5 Episode 7, viewers get to see Kate as she calls Kevin and thanks to him for the elaborate and romantic edible arrangement. This is also like the congratulation gift for the birth of Kate and Toby’s adopted daughter. Although Kate would have wanted a Tesla nevertheless, she liked the gesture. As she talks to Kevin, she starts preparing to go to the Hospital.
By the end of this quick preview, Kate confirms that Kevin would be back in Los Angeles in the upcoming week. He says that he has no plans to leave Madison’s side until the babies are born. A few episodes ago, Madison had asked Kevin to take the time and decide if he wants to be a part of their family or not. It seems like he has made up his.
Another promo sees Kevin getting a call from Madison, who had got into labor. Unfortunately, he was away shooting a movie, so he would only answer where he was pre-occupied. Kevin then regretted leaving Maddison behind. The preview ended just like that, where we saw Kevin speeding down the road. Would this be the best decision for him? We will have to wait to see.
