Unexpected couple Tyra and Alex are returning in season 4. As the TLC show premiered on December 20, we’re in for some surprise with this couple back on screen. We know that Alex and Tyra split but continued to co-parent their daughter, Layla. However, after all this time, they’re making a come back on the reality show along with their mothers. Alex and Tyra parted their ways about a year ago. The fans would remember how the two had loads of issues between them. Tyra had trust issues with her boo, Alex. And at that time, she was attending University as well. With that being said, it was hard for her to manage her daughter, her relationship with Alex, and her education. And so, the couple split. However, they continued to raise their daughter together, and to this date, it’s unclear if they’re back together or not.
Despite differences, it seems that Tyra has had feelings for Alex. Recently, she wished him a happy birthday with a loving message, as reported by TV Shows Ace. The fans must note that right after their breakup, Alex and Tyra remained friendly with each other. In fact, the fans adored their compatibility and wished for the two to be back together. Perhaps, season 4 of the TLC show would clear the air for us.
Unexpected: Season 4 Is Out Now, Alex And Tyra Return
The network released an official teaser on December 18. It read that Layla would be driving her mum crazy. It further noted that the season premiere would be on Sunday! We see Alex, Tyra, and their moms in the teaser. Tyra shares that her relationship with Alex is good and that she loves her daughter very much. However, Tyra doesn’t want to be pregnant again. When a show producer asks the couple about their ‘sex life,’ Alex simply mentions that both of them do not get much of the ‘alone time.’ After all, they have a young daughter to look after.
The fans are thrilled to know that the couple is coming back. So many of them adored the young couple as they look forward to seeing them on the screen. One of them even wrote that Alex and Tyra look like mature parents. They’d want them to reunite in the future.
