Her modeling and acting career is prospering as is her relationship with her “non-cheating” boyfriend. Recently, Tom, too happily gushed that his business ventures were thriving.
After the scandal, Scandoval, the two have remained estranged. Although they are on respectful terms, they stay with low to minimal contact. However, over the years, the former couple has butted heads over the profit-sharing of their valley house, which they purchased together in 2019. The dispute has prolonged over time, neither side caving in to the other’s demands. However, there’s a new update as they have seemingly reached a common ground.

Tom Sandoval’s net worth took a big hit following the very public and very messy Scandoval. People were boycotting him left and right. Brands were dropping dealings with him on a large scale. Therefore, he lost much of his earnings due to the scandal’s aftermath. Vanderpump Rules star additionally lost many high-value opportunities.
The VPR contributed the most to his net worth today. In Season 7 alone, he earned $600,000 for the 24 episodes. Moreover, Tom’s several other business ventures significantly contributed to his net worth recently. But a large portion of that net worth was tied up in a complicated mess over his Valley house that he co-owned with ex Ariana Madix. As of 2026, his net worth is estimated at $4 million.
The notorious Vanderpump Rules alum, Tom Sandoval, has been trying to get his life back on track after the Scandoval left his image in ruins. His social, personal, and professional life was in tatters after his very public and very messy breakup. While the fandom made Ariana more famous and successful, they drove him to the abyss of helplessness.

However, he has been working hard, pulling his life together after it fell apart due to his own transgressions. Although the exes are now on respectable terms, they still clashed over their Valley house, which Ariana wanted to sell after their breakup. She insisted that she didn’t like “a division in kind,” which would mean that one of them had to sell their share to the other.
The latest is that Madix filed a notice of settlement in an LA superior court after the former couple reached an agreement. Both the stars agreed to the dismissal of Madix’s lawsuit, subject to the “satisfactory completion of specified terms,” to be completed within 30 days of the settlement date. They have settled to meet on February 5 to discuss those “specified terms.”
However, if they fail to reach a proper “satisfactory completion,” the court will swoop in to the rescue. Therefore, their case would go to trial on February 17th. Furthermore, this has created a big buzz within the fandom. Needless to say, the fandom is eager to see the final showdown between the two.
