The notorious Vanderpump Rules alum, Tom Sandoval, has been trying to get his life back on track after the Scandoval left his image in ruins. His social, personal, and professional life was in tatters after his very public and very messy breakup. However, he has been working hard, pulling his life together after it fell apart due to his own transgressions. The latest is that Madix filed a notice of settlement in an LA superior court after the former couple reached an agreement. Both the stars agreed to the dismissal of Madix’s lawsuit, subject to the “satisfactory completion of specified terms,” to be completed within 30 days of the settlement date. They have settled to meet on February 5 to discuss those “specified terms.”

However, if they fail to reach a proper “satisfactory completion,” the court will swoop in to the rescue. Therefore, their case would go to trial on February 17th.
