​Vanderpump Rules fans know that in 2022, Katie filed for divorce from Tom. Soon after the news broke, rumors spread that Tom had started living with Jo. Two years later, Bravo revealed that they would replace the entire cast of the show. However, Katie claims that she had already decided to quit. Furthermore, on the Detox Retox Podcast with Tom, Katie said that her former partner moved in with Jo as soon as she filed for divorce.

“You literally did [that],” she said. Tom added, “She didn’t move in. She would hang out there sometimes.” Katie replied that Jo’s stuff was there all the time. She further added that her ex-husband hasn’t changed at all since their divorce. Maloney also suggested that Tom used to “criticize” her “emotions” when they were together.

She further questioned him about whether he came home every night after saying he would, implying he had not during their marriage. Tom added that he does now, as he is “much more tame now.” Katie also shared that her mother was supportive of her decision to quit the show. Moving forward, the duo discussed the reboot. Katie said it “feels cheap.” In a recent interview, she added that, to her, it feels like the producers will try to have the same flavor, the same everything.

“When you try to replicate a recipe just based on taste, you can’t do it,” she said. When Tom questioned her about her “Tequila Katie” persona, she replied that the worst moments on the show were when she was heavily drunk, and she no longer enters her “Tequila Katie” persona.
