Vanderpump Rules creator, Lisa Vanderpump, unveiled the commencement of the ‘new era’ of VPR at Bravocon. The event took place for four nights and three days in Las Vegas. Bringing exciting news for the VPR fans, the new SURvers just gave their 1st official interviews. The Season 12 sneak peek introduced 10 new SURvers. All ranging from models to aspiring actors to musicians.
However, the Season 12 sneak peek took away all prior disappointments. Fans will meet the new SURvers from December 2 at 9 p.m. exclusively on Bravo and also on Peacock the following day. Keep on reading to know what Lisa’s new “wild bunch” said in their first official interviews.

The fans consequently loved the new drama the sneak peek offered. Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules’ tagline described the fresh batch as “a deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies, and lovers.” The “wild bunch” is, namely, Venus Binkley, Jason Cohen, Shayne Davis, Chris Hahn, Angelica Jensen, Marcus Johnson, Audrey Lingle, Natalie Maguire, Demy Selem, and Kim Suarez.
Venus is known as the “glue” of the SUR staff. Jason is a charming server and also an aspiring actor. Shayne, however, is a sober creative who doesn’t even work there but ends up in SUR drama always. Chris is Jason’s cousin, a bartender with big music dreams. Angelica is a newcomer at SUR. Marcus is a longtime SUR employee. Audrey, however, is a girl-next-door. Natalie has been SUR’s lead bartender for two years. Demy is the strict manager and longest-standing employee at SUR. Kim is in a rocky relationship with Marcus.

Venus, 27, is the ‘reasonable’ one who tries to be there for everyone. However, that might not be possible given the VPR drama. “I will sacrifice friendships for my moral compass,” he confessed. When asked about Vanderpump Rules’ drama, he teasingly says, “I didn’t realize the drama would be, like, the whole time.” His VPR rule is : “Don’t trust anyone.”

The former Netflix star has a steadier head than his cousin, Jason. The interviewer also asked him about the VPR drama. “We all have strong personalities, so there could be headbutting and jealousy. Some hard conversations had to happen,” he said. Chris’ VPR rule is: “Always keep your enemies close.”

Chris’ cousin introduced himself as, “I’m just happy-go-lucky, cheech.” He laughed and added that the group possibly “would say I’m the sexy stud.” “When you hang around people long enough, things happen,” he referred to the complicated love triangle he got caught up in. His rule for VPR is: “I like to break rules, so get after it.”

She is the youngest among the new SURvers. When asked about VPR drama, she said, “I try not to start anything, but I will finish it.” She also adds that Marcus “definitely starts the most drama.” The hostess also suspects Angelica of a “girl code” violation. “Watching people date in the SUR bubble makes me want to poke my eyes out with forks!” she further added. Her VPR rule is: “Always have your girls’ backs.”

His fellow SURvers have dubbed him the biggest “pot-stirrer.” “Everyone will probably say I’m the guy you can’t tell anything to, who just runs his mouth,” he says. However, he refutes those claims, insisting that he just says whatever’s on his mind and makes sure to “bring the energy.” His intense on-and-off romance with Kim will surely be dramatically delightful to watch. His VPR rule is: “Make sure you’re being a good employee and a good friend and all that good s***. At the end of the day, the rule is to have fun at work.”

Her intense dynamic with her on-and-off boyfriend, Marcus, certainly brings a lot of drama. “In the past [on VPR], it’s been very toxic relationships and whatnot. We have toxic elements, but it’s stemming from a very real and raw place,” she reflects. Even she blames Marcus’ “big mouth” for stirring up trouble. “I’m always trying to reel him in,” Kim says. Her VPR rule is: “Do have thick skin, because you’re going to be called out at one point or another.”

She is the newcomer and the newly single member of the crew. “I brought a lot of vulnerability,” she says. “I want to be relatable for anyone trying to get back whatever they feel like they lost from a really hard breakup,” she adds. Referring to her entanglement with Shayne, she recalls, “I think all of us somehow get entangled with Shayne at one point.” Her VPR rule is: “Don’t: backstab each other. Do: be sexy.”

The infamous charmer doesn’t work at SUR. “I’ve seen fights in WeHo, girls crying, heels off, mascara running, but I thought they were hot, so it kind of hypnotized me,” he says. “I’m so flirtatious, it can get me into trouble, but when conflict hits, I’m the one who tries to help people cool down,” he adds. His VPR rule is: “Don’t talk s***. It gets back to that person, and it will come back to get you.”

The lead bartender has often been compared to VPR vet Lala Kent. “I know my bosses aren’t super fond of the way I don’t filter myself,” the aspiring pop singer gets straight to the point. “I’m always trying to explain myself and where my heart is,” she further adds. She’s super close to Venus and Audrey. Her VPR rule may shock fans: “We should implement a rule — we don’t have any.”

The strict manager still struggles with “professional vs. personal.” “I have to find a way to balance managing with maintaining my friendships,” she shares. She enjoys the co-workers as people, except for “fighting, making up, and fighting again.” She, however, agrees that that’s what makes them a family. Her VPR rule is: “Work hard, play hard, and don’t piss me off.” What are your takes on the new SURvers? Let us know in the comments.
