It has been quite some time since Vanderpump Rules Season 12 premiered. The show has already aired a few episodes that featured explosive drama. Moreover, the statistics are out. But the numbers aren’t looking good. Despite the initial hype, the show’s ratings have tanked. The numbers have hit an all-time low in the show’s history.
Furthermore, the executives have revealed that viewership has been in gradual decline since the season premiere. There were even talks of pulling the show off from the next line-up. However, Lisa Vanderpump and some other executives have said otherwise. Now, not only Lisa but also one other new SURver has spilled some insider deets on the future of the reboot!

The Netflix reality TV stars, Chris and Jason, had created a big buzz with their Vanderpump Rules casting. However, their rise to fame in LA’s glitz wasn’t easy. In episode 5, the cousin duo briefly outlined their struggles. Jason revealed that he was working three jobs, while the cousins had to live in their cars because they had no place to stay.
The reality stars shared that their debts had pushed them to extreme living conditions. Moreover, the new SURvers revealed that they had packed all of their things in trash bags and kept them close. Jason joked that he had even used those bags to keep himself warm on cold nights. Their food struggles led them to turn to cat food when they couldn’t even afford the ramen noodles that they initially survived on.
Vanderpump Rules Season 12 has premiered with a new set of SURvers SURving incredulous amounts of drama. The fandom might recall that Lisa Vanderpump and the executives faced severe criticism and harsh drawbacks for the decision to reboot. However, the VPR Season 12 trailer and first look had fragmented the fandom.

Some fans came around, intrigued by the new SURver drama. However, many fans were disappointed to lose their OG old cast. They had boycotted the show altogether, refusing to give the new cast a chance. Therefore, the statistics after the revival were very concerning to the network executives. There were even rumors of the network canceling the reboot. However, new Surver Chris Hahn has spilled insider tea that might paint the situation differently. “It’s happening,” Chris said, confirming that the show was returning for another season despite the rumors. “It’s definitely happening. You’d for sure see me and the cast, maybe even more,” he further teased. Moreover, he said that he understood the declining fan appreciation. Still, he assured them that once they really give it a chance, they might end up liking it. For more such latest reality TV updates, stay tuned to TV Season & Spoilers.
