April 2021: Josh Duggar Arrested In Child Pornography Case

While Anna and Josh decided to announce the gender of their seventh child, the couple received shocking news. Back on April 30, 2021, cops arrested Josh in Arkansas for child pornography charges. The US Attorney revealed this news in a press release. It stated they arrested him for receiving and possessing material related to sexual child abuse. As per the court documents, Josh was alleged to use the internet to download material related to child sexual abuse. It let many wonders, “Where is Josh Duggar now?”
Well, to answer this, Jim and Michelle’s eldest son was detained without bond back in April 2021. The news appeared after his wife Anna took to Instagram to announce that she was expecting a seventh child with Josh. She further added that “it’s a Girl,” and they can’t wait to hold her in their arms this fall. But sadly, it wasn’t the case with Josh.
Trial Rescheduled!
Initially, the Trial was set for July 6, 2021. But for some reason, they rescheduled it for November 30, 2021. Duggar’s lawyers tried to dismiss the case against Duggar back in October 2021. However, the evidence against him was denied by the judge. Later Duggar’s lawyer tried his best to dismiss the case. The investigation paced it up on December 3 when the Department of Justice testified Josh’s computer was partitioned into two sections.
Later they learned that he used the Windows partition only used for business and the Linux one to access, download, and share child pornography. On December 9, 2021, the jury announced Duggar guilty of possessing and receiving child pornography.

No! TLC canceled Counting On, one of its most popular shows, as soon as Josh Duggar’s arrest charges surfaced. The news appeared as part of a petition signed by a fan calling to boycott Counting On. Further, an insider revealed in an interview that TLC had decided a week before the fans signed the petition. So now that Josh Duggar won’t be on the show, where is Josh Duggar now?
