Like Isabel, her significant other is also experiencing being a father for the first time. The 25-year-old expressed that he has “exceeded her expectations” beyond anything. Unfortunately, their little son, Mateo, got admitted to NICU right after his birth. But, as per Isabel’s post, Jacob didn’t leave the baby alone for a second.
