There have been many reality stars, including Paul Staehle, Lisa Hamme, Larissa Lina, and many more who have had to deal with the real drama. From mugshots to arrests, these 90 Day Fiancé stars have seen it all. Here is the list of the most notorious stars from the TLC reality show-

Paul Staehle

90 Day Fiancé fans would remember that a skeleton was found in Paul’s closet and how it affected his relationship with his wife,- Karine. Later on, in 2014, he was charged with the accusation of “burning personal property to defraud insurer” Paul was also sentenced with a brief prison sentence. Paul got out of prison earlier this year. Related reports suggest that he was charged and arrested with a number of things, including violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO, after he sent some messages to an ex-partner in 2013. Recently he was also accused of assault and abuse on his wife, Karine. They had protective orders against one other. However, they have now dropped these charges.

Geoffrey Paschel

Geoffrey Paschel has been quite a controversial celeb. He had admitted that he was sentenced to 30 months of prison time after being arrested for drug possession charged when he was very young. Reports suggest that Geoffrey was arrested in June 2019 after being accused of domestic violence against his former girlfriend. Back in the time, he was charged with domestic assault, vandalism, interference with emergency calls, and aggravated kidnapping. However, he claimed that the woman was lying and pleaded not guilty. Now, his court date has been moved to December due to COVID-19. So, he is still for justice to be done. According to the internet, Geoffrey has been married a total of four times, and two of his wives have pressed domestic violence charges against him.

Larissa Lima

Larissa is the poster child for all the controversies that have ever happened on 90 Day Fiancé. Lina was recently fired by TLC. She was arrested for charges of domestic violence in 2018, five days before she was supposed to marry Colt Johnson. She was then arrested again in November. However, both these cases were dropped later on. The Brazilian star was then arrested in January 2019 for the third time and was charged with accusations of domestic battery. These charges were later on reduced, and she had to pay $345 as a fine. She also had to serve 48 hours of community service. In September 2019, Larissa was then placed in removal proceedings by ICE.

Jorge Nava

This 90 Day Fiancé alum Jorge Nava was first arrested back in February 2019. He was arrested with 293 lbs. of marijuana in the trunk of his car. He spent two days in jail and was released on a $25,000 bail. In September, he was put into prison for two and a half years. Jorge’s sentence was reduced to two sentences from four. The TLC star came out of the prison in May this year.

Darcey & Stacey Silva

Both Silva sisters also have a rough history of the law. In 2018, Darcey & Stacey got into a big fight. After that, authorities summoned them from their Connecticut house. Both of them kept pushing and pulling each other around the house in this argument. The physical element did put these sisters in custody. However, they were never handcuffed or put behind bars. The case was eventually closed. Stacey says that this whole incident brought her and her sister Darcey closer. She also mentioned that the major reason behind this argument was Darcey’s ex-boyfriend.

Jay Smith

Ashley Martson recently announced her separation from ex- Jay Smith. With this separation, she also claimed that Smith was spying on her using the security cameras. Back in July 2019, Ashley had reported Jay after he broke into her property. This happened after Jay took on to his social media to reveal Ashley’s secrets, and PFA wasn’t able to stop him. Ashley then called the police after the posts, and the police then took him into custody. Jay was deported after being taken into custody with ICE but was later out on a $4500 bail.

Roland Smith

The 90 Day Fiancé star- Roland Smith, has had a gambling addiction. It is something that has been an issue of concern even at the time of his stint on the show. Back in the time when Tiffany went to the immigration lawyer to find out about Roland’s arrival in America, viewers came to know about the various criminal charges imposed on him. These include armed robbery, stolen money, and a drug charge. However, none of that led to Roland’s conviction.

Danielle Jbali

One-half of the most controversial couples on 90 Day Fiancé was Danielle and her now-ex Mohamed. He accused her of making a fake account and even using her credit card. Reports reveal that Danielle has had an arrest record that includes six charges. These crimes include money theft and forgery. Danielle herself disclosed that she used someone’s credit card by mistake.

Tim Clarkson

Tim Clarkson confessed to being arrested when he was 24. He has reportedly spent 28 days in jail. He got there for three probation for breaking into vehicles. Apart from that, Tim got arrested in 2015 for a BAC of more than 0.08. He was taken into custody and then walked away sometime later. Tim then pleaded, not guilty. However, later in April, he pleaded guilty in exchange for a fine and a drunk-driving school certificate program from a community college.

Jon Walters

In the second season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days, Jon came clean to Rachel Bear about his past. He has been a part of many physical fights when he was young. Five of these fights led to his conviction. The 90 Day Fiancé alum revealed that his most serious conviction was when he punched some guys for disrespecting a woman back in his uni days. Jon was kicked out of the school after his victim suffered an eye injury.

Josh Batterson

Josh Batterson, who was a part of 90 Day Fiancé season 5, was reportedly arrested in 2010 for domestic violence after punching his ex-wife Mel. Starcasm has reported that Josh was also arrested in 2007 for DUI. He ran into some financial issues in 2014 and got into trouble for that. That whole thing was resolved in 2016.

Molly Hopkins

Luis Mendez and Molly Hopkins divorced each other six months after their marriage on the 90 Day Fiancé. Back in 2018, Molly got arrested for the possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 12 months. However, she only spent one day in jail and was on probation for 40 hours of community service with a fine. In May 2021, Molly was also arrested for driving under the influence and was sentenced to 12 months in jail. However, she only spent one day and got out on probation. Then in June 2016, Hopkins was arrested again for speeding.

Jihoon Lee

During Delavan and Jihoon’s time in 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, one of the main worried Deavan had whether or not he would be able to provide everything for the family after he quit his job. Jihoon’s resume is way darker in South Korea. He was in debt of about $30,000 from an illegal thing. He used to sell stolen phones. The police fined him of $15,000. He paid that by taking alone with interest. Delavan has also accused Jihoon fir child abuse and called his dealings an international crime.

Jason Hitch

One of the other members of the 90 Day Fiancé clan who seems to have a criminal record is Jason Hitch. He was accused of domestic violence against his wife Cassia Tavares in 2017. Jason was transported to Hernando Jail after Cassia. She dropped all the charges against Hitch the next day. Jason and Cassia then divorced in October 2018.

The Potthast Family

Elizabeth Potthast and her family have had reservations about Andrie Castravet and his mysterious past. Castevet was a detective in Moldova, and then he flew to Ireland to avoid all the unethical activities. His in-laws were quite shadier. Andrei’s father in law got arrested for unpaid child support. The 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way star- Sumit also has a history of criminal record. He was arrested for adultery in India. This came out in open after everyone discovered that he was in love with an American woman- Jenny. In the 90-day Fiancé season, the relationship was quite very different than anyone had anticipated. Jenny left her home to live with Sumit in India. However, she was soon heartbroken when Sumit’s in-laws came into their apartment to reveal that the star was already married.
