90 Day Fiance: Angela Asks Her Attorney To Divide Her Assets Equally

After she visited with a gynecologist, Angela has been worried about her uterus cancer. To get away with her anxiety, she followed up with her immigration lawyer, Lew Tippett, after meeting a marriage lawyer. Angela asked Lew that if in case she dies, then would her entire property go to Michael? To this, Lew replied nonchalantly that this would be the case. He immediately fired her with the question, “So you want to cut Michael out?” Angela took her time and said that she doesn’t want to cut off Michael entirely. But for her, her grandchildren come first.

Angela added that she promised to her grandkids that each of them would get something. However, as Micheal is her soon-to-be husband, it is fair that he gets his part too. So, Angela agreed on dividing her assets between Michael and her grandkids equally.

Angela’s Daughter Skyla Refuses To Accompany Her In Nigeria For The Wedding

Angela knew that if she were to marry Micheal in Nigeria, she would need someone from the US. After sorting out everything with her lawyer, Angela had a hard time convincing her daughter Skyla to accompany her in Nigeria. Sadly, Skyla stepped down and denied to be a part of this marriage ceremony. Now, with none to help Angela, will Angela be able to marry Michael?

90 Day Fiance: Why Was Michael Denied K-1 Visa? Possible Explanations

Michael and Angela are disappointed at the denial of the former’s K-1 visa. Angela discussed this with her attorney, who gave her possible reasons for the same. He said that maybe the embassy has some information about Michael that is creating trouble. There is a chance that Michael has had some criminal record. The attorney further explained that “If there is an issue with Michael personally, then at that point, neither the fiancé visa nor the spousal visa is going to be an option.”

Would Michael Be Allowed To Step In The US Ever?

Despite all the allegations and assumptions, Angela claims that Micheal has pure intentions. According to her, she knows that Michael loves her dearly. Although she is aware of the risks she is taking with him, she assured the TLC producers that she trusts him. She further explained that there is possibly nothing in Michael’s past that should stop him from coming to the US. However, if there is something, Angela is afraid that the government might not let him in ever!
