Recently, authorities arrested Eric on charges of domestic violence. Leida revealed that he was drunk and even slapped her during their fight. This was nothing new, as the couple had several issues, but what changed the entire scenario was their baby’s death. Eric and Leida had a newborn daughter, Alisa, who was sick during their fight. The hospital placed her on life support, but after a long battle, the little one lost the fight. Leida and Eric’s newborn daughter, Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, tragically passed away on July 9, 2025, after spending five days on life support. On the morning of July 10, Eric announced her unfortunate death in a Facebook post. He wrote, “It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend, tragedy has struck.”

Eric further added, “Yesterday at 12:53 PM, after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the surly bonds to join her grandfather Tom.” Although he later deleted the post, Leida had earlier pleaded on Instagram, “Dear God… take my life, but not my daughter’s.”

90 Day Fiance couple Eric and Leida have been through a lot over the years. However, all through the years, they stood against each other instead of standing beside one another. From court cases to fraud charges to domestic violence, the couple went through everything and beyond. Recently, on 4 July 2025, authorities arrested Eric on charges of domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

Leida revealed that she found him drunk in their car. When she tried to bring him home, they started fighting, and he slapped her in a fit of rage. Their fight woke up the child, who then started crying. Eric later admitted to authorities that he did slap his wife, but he insisted he did not touch their kid. However, their daughter was severely sick at the time, and doctors shifted her to the ICU and placed her on life support.

On July 7, Leida obtained a restraining order against Eric. However, the court issued it as a temporary order. Their life soon turned into a mess when their daughter passed away.
