However, Biniyam is Christian Ethiopian Orthodox, and this stands very important to him. In the video, we can see the anxious Ariela who didn’t agree with the idea of baptism. Moreover, her man didn’t explain to her how to go about it and what to expect from the ceremony. She is surprised when a priest holds the Bible close to his face and notes that she makes sense of things here.

Ariela admits that she is uncomfortable with the things happening around her. She explains that the priest looks at her differently. After all, she is different from others at the gathering. Ariela went on to spill how the atmosphere was brimming with smoke and incense. This is followed by a priest coming around and shoving Bible right in her face. She notes that this is a lot for her!

Ariela Fights With Biniyam’s Sisters Over Avi’s Baptism

90 Day Fiance

The fans might recall last week’s episode where Ariela fought with Biniyam’s sister over Avi’s baptism. She was uncomfortable with the whole idea behind Christianity as she says that she does not believe in hell. Ariela had a slew of arguments with Biniyam’s sisters over hell. This further makes her anxious about getting her son baptized. Moreover, her parents are shocked after discovering that Ariela agreed to go ahead with baptism.

His father says in the confessional that they had spoken about this to their daughter. They agreed upon Avi being brought up Jewish. However, after seeing the latest development, it seems that the reality star is forced to do this. Ariela’s mother, too, is shocked by this. She informs her parents that Avi would only be dipped in water and there’ll be a party. However, the Catholic lady explains that when one is baptized, they’re baptized into that faith usually.
