90 Day Fiance: The Other Way stars Kenneth and Armando are undertaking a really crucial step in the upcoming episode. The sneak peek shows the couple in a nervous state of mind as they head to Armando’s parents’ house. In the past, Armando’s family hasn’t been supportive of his sexuality.
Considering that he came out recently, there is a chance that things won’t go as smoothly as planned. Kenneth is much more public about the couple’s display of affection in public than Armando. According to Armando, many people in Mexico are intensely homophobic to this day. The incident when a man at the taco stand yelled a homophobic slur at the couple made things very clear.

It has been a while since Kenneth moved from Florida to Mexico. However, things haven’t been easier for them. Back home, Kenneth’s kids are completely cool with their dad being gay and are really supportive. As for Armando’s parents, they earlier stated that they were okay with their son being gay.
But since they made their relationship official and talked about having a family including Armando’s daughter Hannah, they didn’t really approve. Armando stated that he was freaking out and Kenneth noted that it’s a lot for both of them. But he also hopes that all goes well. When the couple finally reached Armando’s house, they saw a lot of people lined up with made Kenneth even more nervous.

Armando was concerned that his parents might even backtrack on seeing the two of them together. But he added that if they don’t accept Kenneth, it equals to them not accepting Armando. As the tension was about to escalate, Hannah jumped into her father’s arms and gave Kenneth a big hug.
Kenneth was clearly touched by the little girl’s gesture and said that it was all worth it. Virginia, Armando’s mom shook Kenneth’s hand with a smile. Even though the disappointment was clear on her face. She said that even though she was happy to see her son, seeing him with a man was weird for them.
