According to sources, the immigration authorities have detained Jay. As for Ashley, she is setting the record straight about what led to such extremities. In an interview with Celebuzz she admitted that their relationship had been toxic from the beginning. However, she never contacted the police because she knew that it could get Jay deported. She talked about the abuse that was going on in her relationship at the time. While she was away on vacation, Jay broke into her house. That’s when all the trouble started.
She stated that the police instructed her to file a PFA (Protection From Abuse). She filed the PFA with all the evidence, and Jay was served on the same day in the evening. The police instructed Jay not to talk about Ashley or the PFA on social media. However, he violated the documents and made a post on social media the very next day. He turned himself in on Tuesday. A judge saw him that morning and charged him with PFA violation. They are going to transfer him to the York County Prison. Reportedly Immigration planned to detain Jay on Monday July, 8, regardless of if he had broken the PFA.
What Is The Deal With The Green Card?
Ashley mentioned that earlier, she filed for the green card. However, she retracted when Jay cheated on her again. Since Friday, the ICE has been on the lookout for Jay as without the green card, he is not living in the US legally.
