She also states that she can easily get him out of ICE custody. He is in there because she failed to do the paperwork on time in the first place.
Ashley clearly implied that she could easily let him live as a free man. At the same time, she also cleared up that she has no intentions of doing so. Poochie, Jay’s sister, has stated that she is ready to welcome a niece or nephew. It might indicate that Jay has recently knocked up his stripper girlfriend. If Jay impregnates someone in the country and he is a free man, she might be legally responsible for child support.

Ashley talked about Jay’s stripper girlfriend, who has now switched her career to being a bottle girl. Her name is Kayla, and she is the same person who started the Go Fund Me campaign for Jay. According to Ashley, the two of them are much more than just close friends.
She goes on to state that Jay was cheating on Kayla as well. When he hooked up with that girl in the barbershop, who, by the way, was not Kayla, he knew Kayla by then. Ashley has seen him only in court. At the time, Kayla was there. However, it was difficult to say whether she is pregnant or not.
Kayla has sent Ashley evidence of their relationship lasting for several months. Possibility states that they have been together since January 2019. She also said that Kayla is trying her best to keep Jay in the US. When the interviewer asked Ashley about any occurrence of physical abuse in the relationship, she chose to keep the details to herself. However, she did state that there was a lot of abuse going on.
